How long does my order take to ship?

Typically, we process orders within 24 to 48 hours. Our goal is to ship your box(es) as soon as possible. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the carrier.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, Bamba Box does not ship internationally.

What is your return policy? 

Historically, Bamba Box has never had to process the return of any of our boxes due to dissatisfaction!

We do accept returns within 7 days of delivery and will refund you the purchase price of the box(es) as long as the contents have not been opened, used, or damaged.
