How to Request an Honor Box
To help us create your Honor Box, please follow these steps:
Select “Honor Box” on the contact form.
This lets us know you are requesting a personalized honor shipment.
Share the name and details.
Please include the full name of the person you are honoring. If it is a child, please also share the age range so we can tailor the contents appropriately.
Tell us a little bit about them.
We invite you to share anything you would like included in a personal letter inside the box—memories, qualities, or a message of love or encouragement.
Share interests or meaningful items.
Please include up to two interests, hobbies, or item ideas. We will do our best to include at least one of your suggestions in the box.
Provide shipping details.
Let us know where you would like the box delivered—whether that is a hospital, clinic, Ronald McDonald House, care facility, or a personal address.
Optional photo.
You may attach a photo of the person you are honoring in the contact email. If included, we can place it on the letter inside the box and on the outside or inside greeting labels of the box.
Complete your order.
Go to Shop and select “Honor Box.” After adding it to your cart, you will complete this form as part of checkout.

Each Honor Box is thoughtfully curated and can be shipped directly to a home, hospital, clinic, Ronald McDonald House, or other care facility—or delivered to you. You may share details about the person you are honoring, including their name, a short message about the one you’re honoring, and up to two interests. We will do our best to reflect those details in the box and include your message inside.
Optional: You may also include a photo to be featured on the labels on the outside of the box or the inside. To send a photo, please message us through the Contact Page.
